 Bryce A. Lynch is the owner of Taylor & Lynch, LLC. He joined the firm in July of 2009. He graduated from Northern Illinois University School of Law in 2008 and was admitted to the Illinois Bar Association the same year. Bryce formed his own firm in the Chicago area before joining Joe Taylor in Clinton. He is now the owner of Taylor & Lynch, LLC.

Bryce handles matters including Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Drainage, Agriculture, Business Representation, Collections, Evictions, and Real Estate. He is an active member in the community. Bryce served as the Clinton Rotary Club President from 2014-2015. He runs the fall fundraiser for the Rotary club each year, which helps raise money for the Clinton Rotary Park as well as several other local charities. Bryce has served on the Clinton YMCA Board of Directors, is currently serving on the DeWitt Savings Bank Board of Directors, and is currently the President of the Clinton Country Club. 

Bryce is a proud father of two daughters, Kahlan and Kara.

 Craig Rich is an associate attorney focusing his practice on personal injury litigation, real estate matters, estate planning, trust and estate litigation, evictions, and collections.  He brings a diverse legal background and a practical, client-centered approach to resolving complex legal issues.  

Craig earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Illinois State University.  He began his legal career defending corporate clients in asbestos and toxic tort litigation, representing Fortune 500 companies and major insurance carriers.  He later shifted to plaintiff-side work at a respected personal injury firm in Bloomington, Illinois, where he handled cases involving car accidents, dog bites, trucking crashes, catastrophic injuries, and premises liability.  

In addition, Craig has experience representing landlords, lenders, and creditors in collections, evictions, and foreclosure matters, giving him a well-rounded perspective in civil litigation.  

A native of DeWitt County, Craig now lives there with his wife, Anna, and their daughter, Ellie.  Outside of the office, he enjoys following sports, woodworking, and tackling home improvement projects.

Craig is admitted to practice law in the state of Illinois. 

Liza Paskevych joined Taylor and Lynch, LLC as an associate attorney in November 2024. Liza emigrated from Ukraine at age eight and is a first-generation university and law school graduate.  She earned her degree in Corporate Communication and International Diplomacy from Dominican University and completed her legal studies at Northern Illinois University, graduating in May 2024.

Since joining the firm, she has become a member of the Clinton Rotary Club. She also volunteers with the David Mebuke Foundation that helps other immigrants and first-generation students attend  law school. 

In her free time, Liza enjoys spending time with family and playing pickleball. 

Liza is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois.

 Joseph B. Taylor was an experienced attorney who began the practice of law after his admittance to the Illinois Bar Association in 1969.  Joe was also admitted to practice before the United States District Court and the U.S. Tax Court.  He graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law where he was American Bar Association representative for the State of Wyoming and senior law review editor.
       Mr. Taylor used his over 40 years of experience in Wills, Probate, Taxes, Civil and Criminal litigation, and Family Law to resolve your legal issues.  Joe worked for 10 years as the city attorney and prosecuting attorney for the city of Clinton.  He also had extensive experience representing banks and was a chairman for a local bank in Clinton.
       Joe Taylor instilled in his firm a desire to serve the community.  He committed himself to the community by volunteering his time to serve on the Board of Directors for the local YMCA.  He served as the President of the Clinton Country Club and President of the DeWitt County Bar Association.
